As a presenter in the ABEA Annual Meeting held in conjunction with COSM in the beautiful Seattle, WA, we would like to thank you again for your submission and willingness to participate. Please see the information below; we have highlighted items of importance and interest to better assist you in your presentation and planning. 

Speaker Disclosure (High Priority) 

As a participant in the ABEA Annual Meeting, you will need to complete this Speaker Disclosure form. Your completion of this form is crucial for accreditation for our meeting.

Presenter Guidelines & AV/Equipment Information:

The COSM guidelines for your presentation can be found at here. As a COSM presenter, you must adhere to these instructions, please read them thoroughly. All presentations should be loaded in the speaker ready room at least 4 hours before your scheduled presentation.

Manuscript Submission:

Manuscripts are REQUIRED for podium presentations. Submit to ABEA and The Laryngoscope.

• To be considered for an award: submit by March 9^th, 2026
• All other must submit by March 30^th , 2026

This date will be strictly enforced; no extensions. Failure to meet this deadline could result in the authors being unable to present at next year’s Scientific Session. If you have questions, please email abea@affinity-strateiges.com.

Presenter Information:

Please plan to be in the meeting room 30 minutes before your presentation. At the beginning of your session, please move to the front of the auditorium to facilitate access to the podium and communication with the moderators. Each podium presentation speaker has been notified of their allotted time,for their verbal presentation. This schedule will be strictly enforced out of fairness to all participants. Following each group of papers, there will be a brief discussion with the audience. Please remain in the auditorium after your presentation until the discussion period is completed.

You are required to register for the meeting. To register, visit COSM online at https://cosm.md/registration-information/ . Early Bird Registration ends on March 16^th, 2026. Badges must be always worn to gain access into the Session Rooms and the Exhibit Hall.

The draft ABEA Program is attached. Any additional/updated information will be available on our website www.abea.net. Please take a moment to review the program to locate your session and speaking date and time.

 MEMBERSHIP BUSINESS MEETING:

ABEA Members – Please join us Friday, April 24th for the ABEA Business Meeting. One vital part of this meeting is the New Member Induction Ceremony!  Members – please plan to attend!
