COSM is a major national meeting for Otolaryngologists – head and neck surgeons. At COSM, each member society presents an educational scientific program, which features prominent speakers in their respective specialty. These sessions are attended by the key practitioners within their field, as well as by otolaryngology residents, medical students, and allied health.
COSM 2025, May 14-18, 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana will offer a range of educational opportunities including oral presentations, panels, fireside chats, keynote lectures, product demos, and posters. COSM Societies offer publishing opportunities in addition to awards and scholarships.

Submission Timeline at a Glance
- Abstract submission deadline: November 15th, 11:59pm CT
- Notification of acceptance: End of December
- Confirmation of acceptances: February 24, 2025
- Manuscript submissions due to ABEA and The Laryngoscope: April 1st, 2025
- Posters submissions are due by April 1st to be considered for an ABEA Poster Award.
